Simply put, GRK screws are some of the toughest screws around. These aren’t one and done screws. Using general construction screws, drywall screws, or any non-structural screw can be dangerous when installing climbing products.
GRK #9 and #10 screws have a structural rating (#8 GRK do not) and are the only screws we recommend for installing climbing holds and training tools.
